About 1/2 inch of leather padding is stitched into these cuffs to provide a secure but comfortable restraint. These premium restraints are 2 1/2 inches wide and reinforced with three layers of leather! This heavy duty design and locking buckles provide additional security and weigh in over 12 oz.
